Mite IP Teams
Due to the structure of the Association registration, refunds will be granted for extenuating circumstances only and will be prorated based on team expenditures and only when approved by the Board. Refunds will not be granted after December 31st .
Competitive Teams
Due to the structure of the Association registration, refunds will be granted for extenuating circumstances only and will be prorated based on team expenditures and only when approved by the Board. Refunds will not be granted after December 31st .
Riverhawks
Due to the structure of the Association registration, refunds will be granted for extenuating circumstances only and will be prorated based on team expenditures and only when approved by the Board. Refunds will not be granted after December 31st.

Iceberg Classic
Moose Youth Hockey Association understands there are times that require a team to submit a cancellation after payment has been received to secure your spot in the tournament. Reimbursement guidelines are as follows: All cancellations will incur a $100 non-refundable administrative fee. No refund will be issued within 90 days of the tournament unless a full fee-paying replacement team is found. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the tournament. Full refunds will be issued if the tournament is cancelled by the Host for reasons beyond reasonable control.
